-Correct. But list your father's name in the G-325A, "Former Hu*****ands or Wivies" part.
3. for different translation of her first name, such as xxx'y , xxx y or xxxy on different supporting documents, do I need to get a noterization affidavit?
-Don't think you need to do that. I think there are some IO know Chinese well in USCIS and they can tell the Chinese names.
