排期2月到了，４８５还没递，用H1工作，还有一年H1到期。老板要求今天走人，现在该怎么办？

-It is not gap issue. Although techincally you are not qualified to file I-485, you may just file the I-485 immediately if you have the copy of your I-140 approval notice before you leave the employer (or before the employer inform USCIS to terminate your H1) to see what happen. Provide your recent 3 to 6 months paycheck stubs. Then, find a job in the same/similar area as soon as possible.
还有个问题，现在递485，还是等找到新工作再递？
-Unless your I-140 is NIW/EB1A, you can not use that I-140 to file your I-485 if you do not work for the I-140 sponsor.
