Thanks. But it won't work with me. If I stop working then I will permently lose this job.

-Then, you may go to China to get the H1 visa before you file I-485 if you can not fix your I-94 at the CBP office.

Otherwise, if you file I-485 on Feb. 1 to stop your illegal stay, but continue to work illegally e.g. to Feb. 28, your illegal stay + illegal work = 183 days > 180 days, thus your I-485 will be denied.
