-Yes, but because your illegal work and illegal stay occur at the same time/days, your violation of status and illegal work are only counted one time (not count illegal work + illegal stay, but only count illegal stay or illegal work) and thus, your total illegal stay and illegal work are not > 180 days yet.  

我在学校里上班，需要马上告诉学校这件事情吗？

-Not need at this point and just go to the CBP office to fix your I-94. If it works, you are totally OK.
