我的140是前雇主办理的，PD是2010年11月。11年年初换工作。但因为在原公司表现不错，老板许诺不revoke我的140。眼看下个月就有可能排期file 485，我想问我是否可以
1：继续让原公司帮忙办理485？
-Unless 原公司 want o hire you after you get the green card, you can not file I-485 using this I-140.
在file180天后再用EAD把关系转现公司？
2：如果180天后这样转换关系，会不会对最后485的审批有影响？
-Irrelvant. You can not use the AC21 benefits for you rjob change in these case.
3：原公司如果同意办理，需要什么额外文件？
-Provide employment letter indicating that they continue to support your green card applicaiton and will hire you back after you get the green card.

4：如果180天后关系不转换，仍然挂原公司是否可以？您推荐哪种做法？
如果原公司倒闭了，是不是申请就作废了
-Yes.
