非常感谢老师。如果我没有理解错的话，我可以这样做： 如果原公司同意出具Employment letter说可以在拿到绿卡后继续雇佣我，我仍然可以通过他们办理485，

然后在180天后用EAD自由转换到现在公司？这样的做法是合理的么？

-The I-140/I-485 can not be portable to your new employer (you can not use AC21 benefits) because you file your I-485 after you left the I-140 sponsor. So, if the old company (I-140 sponsor) has financial problem (no ability to pay) from the date of PERM filing to the date of I-485 approval, your I-485 will be denied. So, you had better ask your current employer to file a new PERM/I-140 for you just in case.
