My hu*****and (H1 with 140 approved) and I (F1) are not filing 485 together. He filed his 485 last month. I will file my 485 based on his 485 receipt in a few days. Where must I file to

my hu*****and’s Oregon address?


-Then, you need to file your I-485 to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox even if you use your hu*****and address as “C/o”. The Dallas Lockbox will forward your I-485 to the location where your hu*****and’s I-485 is in.
