Where should I file my 485?
My hu*****and is living in Oregon. He filed his 485 to the address based on Oregon. I am living in Georgia. I am going to file my 485 but use
c/o
my hu*****and’s Oregon address.

Must I file my 485 to the address based on Oregon or Georgia?
-If both you will file your I-485s together, you should mail the whole documents for both I-485s in one envelop to the address based on where the primary applicant lives. So, if your spouse is the primary applicant, mail the applications to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox. Otherwise, if you are the primary applicant, mail the applications to the Dallas Lockbox.
