Here is more infor:

1) I just found my birth notory from China, however, I had my nick name on te notory which I never used as any legal document, and my place of birth was different that my passport, hence, different than the previous forms I have filed, ie i485, how do I fix this, is the letter with explanation sufficient, or I have to redo it?

2) I haven't send i693, so I guess the vaccination will be take care of when I have the medical examination done.
