谢谢8老师。ld回来的时候应该我们俩的H都已经过期，但现在我已经申请了H1延期，但是ld回来的时候可能还批不下来。
-If so, your spouse can not enter US until you get your H1 extension approved and send the H1 approval notice to him/her to enter US. He/she will get the H4 I-94 wth the same duration as your new H1 extension approval notice.

1. H1延期批下来了，ld可以用H1新批准件，老visa入境，停留时间同新H1。回来后再申请H4延期。
