谢谢8老师。ld回来的时候应该我们俩的H都已经过期，但现在我已经申请了H1延期，但是ld回来的时候可能还批不下来。就是说如果

1. H1延期批下来了，ld可以用H1新批准件，老visa入境，停留时间同新H1。回来后再申请H4延期。

那是不是说在这种情况下，入境获得新的I94就相当于H4延期了。换句话说，H4延期就是申请一个新的I94？

 

2. 如果H1延期还没批下来，则必须等H1批准，然后照1办理

-No, he/she can extend his/ her H4 any time after he/she enters US using the your old h1 approval notice even if your H1 extension is pending.若是I94过期，就不能入境了吧？

 He/she just can use your H1 extension receipt to extend the h4 before the H4 I-94 expires in this case.
