回复：I485填表的问题

有个485的填表问题想请问一下，对副申请人，part2应该填A还是B？

I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:

A. an immigrant petition giving me an immediatedly available immigrant visa

number that has been approved.

B. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful

permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status

for spouse and children.

我认为应该填B可是律师填的是A，请问过来人到底应该是哪一个呢？

-Absolutely it is "B". The lawyer is wrong. "A" is for the primary applicant. 副申请人's I-485 is filed as the derivative status of the primary applicant.
