1. I131表里part1#3 class of admission 是上次进入美国是的身份吗？
-Yes. It is the status/I-94 of your last entry using the visa such as H1, etc.
还是现在的身份？
还有身份可以写成签证类型吗？比如是说temporary worker还是H1-B，还是都可以呢？
-Either.
2. I-765表里#11，have you ever before applied for employment authorization
from USCIS? 如果以前申请过OPT，就要答yes?
-Say "Yes" and provide the copy of teh OPT EAD.
3. I485 part3 B: list your present spouse and all of your children.
副申请人的“applying with you？”应该怎么填呢？
-Say "No". But say "Yes" to this question in the primary applicant's I-485.
