Thanks for reply. we concerned if our case can use trasfer. The main applicant for the 485 will be changed from LD's name based on his EB3 140 to my name based on my 140.
Will we be able to transfer without a new 485 filing?
-Yes. You (not your spouse) need to write a letter to request USCIS to do the I-485 interfiling for both you and your spouse.
Are there any successful cases?

Normally how long it will take after interfiling? How can we check the status?
-Several date to a couple of weeks. Call USCIS from time to time to make sure the interfiling was done after you request.
