Thanks for reply. we concerned if our case can use trasfer. The main applicant for the 485 will be changed from LD's name based on his EB3 140 to my name based on my 140. Will we be able to transfer without a new 485 filing? Are there any successful cases?

Normally how long it will take after interfiling? How can we check the status?
