急问和皮匠，8老师：about 同时file两份485申请

皮匠和8老师,

Sorry, I cannot type chinese from work.......

I saw the other post about submit two 485.......

We have the similar case, but the 485 submitted in 2007 was under my EB3 case, PD not current yet.  My hu*****and's NIW application is current now, and his 140 was approved.  Another complicated thing is my hu*****and lost his job for a while in past few months, and he found another one, which starts now.

My questions are:

1. Can we do the "I-485 interfiling" between our two cased, which have two different main applicants?

2. Will there be any problem if we interfiling to his NIW application since he lost his job in past few months?
