关于写信给移民局要求INTERFILING的几个问题：

1.因为我先生FILE NIW 的140 和我FILE我EB3的485几乎是同步的，所以现在我先生有两个A#。请问用哪个A#，还是要把两个A#都写在信里？

-I think your spouse only has one pending I-485 which is based on your EB3 I-140, right? If yes, he only has one A# which is on his I-485 receipt. The A# on his NIW I-140 receipt is not his true A#.

2.如果以我先生名义写信给移民局要求interfiling，需要把我已经批准的140信息也写在信里吗？

3.因为已经FILE的485我是主申请人，以我先生名义写信给移民局我又是什么身份？
