made a stupid mistake, 请教pjiang和8老师

收到小孩的485和131的rejection notice。原因有两条，

1，check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided.

2, the date on the check you submitted is not current.

我小孩才8岁，根据网上查的，写的$635的支票.

The stupid mistake is I write the date as 08/XX/2010.

请问PJ或8老师，

我resubmit小孩的485和131时，申请费应该是多少？网上说和父母一起递是635，现在小孩重新递的还算不算单独递。如果算单独递是不是有些表格要重填？
