我再递的时候算单独递还是和第一次一样算和父母一起递的？也就是说再递的费用是$635还是$985?
-Obviously USCIS made a mistake to say your child's I-485 filing was incorrect.
Two choices for you: 1. Just pay $985 as a separate filing; or
2. Send the whole original packet back with the Rejection Notice and pay $635, and then, justifify in a letter that your child's I-485 filing fee was $635 because he/she filed the I-485 with yours based on the link I gave you in my above response. Print out that page in the link and enclose it in the justification letter.
