我先生是美公民,申请了我和我儿子的绿卡,我是08年7月结婚,09年一月拿到临时绿卡,我儿是09年12月入美国.他入境时17岁.我已拿到正式绿卡.现在,我儿子需要单独申请转正式绿卡

.我的问题是:1.填I-751时需要我先生签字吗?

-Yes. Choose "b" in Part 2. Put your spouse's name in Part 4. In Part 7 "Signature of Spouse", use a pen to cross "Spouse", and then write "Parent", then your hu*****and sign and date it.

2.需要交哪些材料呢?谢谢

-Since the conditional status is based on your conditional status, include the very same evidence for the child's I-751 as you did for your own. Also include the copies of your I-751 approval notice and your permanent green card.

You may also include copies of the insurance coverage papers and tax returns showing your kid as the dependent of your hu*****and and you.
