我先生是美公民,申请了我和我儿子的绿卡,我是08年7月结婚,09年一月拿到临时绿卡,我儿是09年12月入美国.他入境时17岁.我已拿到正式绿卡.现在,我儿子需要单独申请转正式绿卡.我的问题是:1.填I-751时需要我先生签字吗?2.需要交哪些材料呢?谢谢
