When we filed the I-485 in 2007 summer, she was in China. My lawyer told me to rush since the VISA will turn back.
When she came to USA in 2010 summer, our PD is not current until she is current in June. She was in final & she went back to China.
We did not expect our GC so fast before she came back. Please really help with your advise...
