我现在h1b是在一所公立学校。大家都说学校的h1b都是non-cap的，请问是公司律师稿错了吗？
-If you had never worked in a private company before, the company lawyer is wrong. Of course, you can work for the comapny after the H1 trasnfer is filed, but you have to stop working if the transfer is approved before Oct. 1 as I said in my above responses. The H1 tranfser may take a couple of months and you are OK to work during the transfer. When the trasnfer is approved, it may also nearly be Oct. 1. So, you may just work for the company now.
Actually it does not matter when you begin to work. Up to you, anyway.
