今天又收到公司hr的email， 如下
You can start with the new company once your application has been filed. The application is a change of employer and we are waiting for the USCIS for approve it. Your application is not for a new H-1b as you have already been counted against a previous cap. The start date is based on your preference. We have employees who choose to start based on the filing date and others who wait until they receive the actual approval notice.
我现在h1b是在一所公立学校。大家都说学校的h1b都是non-cap的，请问是公司律师稿错了吗？
