多谢解释。有了Approval Notice + I-94 是不是可以不去签证而直接在进关时使用了？

如果我在11/1/2011后始终用AP入境而保持AOS Status，而在I-485被拒（但愿不要发生）后的Grace period内再出境并用此H-1B approval notice + 2011 to 2014 I-94 Card 入境，这种方法可行吗？

-Yes. You can either go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back or just file the H1 extension within US to reinstate your H1 status if your I-485 is denied.

问这一问题的原因是我很有可能要用EAD，用了EAD后就不再是H-1B Status了。

-You still can go outside US to get the H1 visa to come back toi get the H1 status using the H1 approval notice if your I-485 is denied, but can not reinstate the H1 status by filing H1 extension/transfer within US after you use EAD to work.

顺便再问一句，如果我不用EAD + AP而始终保持H-1B，在I-485被拒时会不会也波及到H-1B，而使我不能再在境内保持成H-1B Status？
