回复：现有两个H-1B sponsored by same boss，该怎么用最保守？

一个H-1B有效期是：08/09/2010 to 10/14/2012,

最新的（另一个）H-1B (part-time)有效期是：08/09/2010 to 9/30/2011.

我可以不用这个新批的H-1B吗？

旧的H-1B是不是就是自动作废了？

-No if the employer does not cancel it. As long as you still work for the sponsor in the full-time based employment, your H1 status is fine. You actually do not need to do anything. If you do H1 transfer in the future, just provide the copy of the full-time H1 approval notice and the I-94 and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs and you will be fine.

用这个新批的H-1B在这么短的时间里找到工作是不太现实的（不是不可能）。用回旧的H-1B的话，时间会充裕一点
