如果 EB2 PERM/I-140批了，等PD交I-485，必须是I-485>180天后才能转相关领域的雇主，否则APPROVED I-140

-This means if your I-140 sponsor will not hire you any more, then, you can not use this approved I-140 to file I-485, otherwise, USCIS will deny your I-485.

请问，这两种说法冲突吗？

如果第二种说法成立，那么只要雇主不revoke I-140，那么岂不是可以在回国等PD, when PD is due, can I do consular processing?

if yes, how to do CP?

-Ask your employer/I-140 sponsor to file I-824 for you for the CP.

可是我看过 8老师曾经说过，在等PD的时候可以不跟雇主工作(离开雇主到其他雇主工作)，直等到PD current 了，递I-485的时候再回到原雇主那里上班直到拿绿卡(或>180天) ，也行。
