For example, if you are L-1 or H-1, you got to work for certain company. If you work for this company, you will have W-2 from this company. What if my W-2 is from anther company? Not from the company which gives you H-1 or L-1 application?
I don't know if Yearly tax report show your company or not, if it does show, how to explain to immigration offier when interview?
