Thank you. I just got a little confuse. You said agree with 帮帮看. Then you said "You only can file EB1B or EB2 I-140 during the Eb1A I-140 appeal pending."But seems 帮帮看 agree with my lawyer.They think that I can file a new EB1A during the appeal. 

Another question, if I want to withdraw the appeal. How can I do it and how long it will take?
