Thank you so much 8老师 and 帮帮看! I will tell my lawyer what you said and I will withdraw my appeal. I think my appeal is still in USCIS.Can I send the letter to the address where I sent the appeal to withdraw? Can I ask to refund the fee? 

Another question,when can I file a new EB1A? Since it has almost done,can I file it now or I just can file it till I get the response of withdraw from USCIS?
