我的I-140批准了,按照排期还有好几年的时间才轮到I-485呢.

可麻烦的是,我今年的收入达不到公司为我申请H1B时对政府的承诺.

我的问题是,在此情形下,会不会影响到未来绿卡的批准? 

-No.

还有,就是我的Full time的H1B是否可以转为Part time的H1B以避免将来的麻烦?

-Not need unless USCIS do the H1 on-site inspection which will affect both you and your employer if your salary is less than the prevail wage level, but the possibilitity of USCIS H1 on-site inspection is very small and thus, do not need to worry that much.
