从目前来看,今年的收入很可能低于prevail wage level.

-Don't think it will be a probem because USCIS probably will not pick your case for the H1 on-site inspection (too small chance, and you can ignore it just like the car acident may happen every day, but you do not need to worry about that).

在此情况下,有什么解决之道吗? 比如还按照prevail wage level报税?

-Nothing needed to do.

 

(自己搭钱行吗? 工资部分怎么办?)
