我是美国公民，如果和一个在美黑了10年以上，并因为多年前因假结婚被递解的人结婚，怎样帮助对方转身份？

-对方 is not qualified for the I-485 filing to get the green card due to 被递解.

大概过程是怎样的，有哪些途径和困难？

-Two possible ways/choices though all are tough:

1. Ask the immigration court/judge to cancel the 递解.

2. After you get married, your spouse may file I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility.
