我于4月中递交了从A公司transfer到B公司的H-1b申请，并在收到receipt之后前往B公司工作。不料B公司（一个新兴小公司）出现财务状况，至今未收到工资单。在B公司的H-1b transfer申请待批过程中,我想请问二位老师及其他知情同学：
1. 如果我重新开始找工作,比如说想跳到C公司,那么我重新递交的H-1B transfer是应该从A公司到C公司,还是必须从B公司到C公司?
-Provide the copy of the h1 approval notices from A and the copy of H1 transfer receipt from B, the latest paycheck stubs from A and the employment verfication letter from B and you may be fine. Your new employer will take care of it.
我目前拿不出B公司的工资单,所以希望能从A到C,但其间是否已出现gap,需要出境签证呢?

2. 如果我一时找不到新工作,想转H-4再慢慢找,那么申请H-4是否也需要出具B公司的工资单呢?
-Technically, yes. You may just go outside US to get the H4 visa.
B公司的H-1 transfer申请如何撤销呢?
-Ignore it.
3. 如果A公司同意让我回去工作(我在A公司的H-1B还有效),在身份问题上我还需要做什么,还是可以立刻回去工作?
-You may just get the h1 visa outside US to work using the H1 approval notice from A.
如何撤销B公司的H-1 transfer申请?
-Ignore it.
Over all, my suggestion is that if Company does not lay off you and wi pay your saary later, you may just work for B until the H1 transfer (A to B) is approved, then you can transfer to C. Or just go outside US to get the H1 visa to work for A.
