I-140批了，外派到中国工作，如果在中国时候priority date become current, 可以自己转consular processing,不经过公司么？
-No. Unless the company indicated in the I-140 that you (beneficial) will apply for the immigration visa in China, the company (sponsor) has to file I-824 to ask USCIS to send the approved I-140 to National Visa Center and thus, you can apply for the immigration visa in China when the PD is current. So, if the company does not want you to apply for the immgration visa in China, you have no choice and have to file I-485 in US.
公司不太愿意这么做，要求回到美国回到原来的position 去file 485.
