紧急求助, I-131 RFE

我们是I-485 pending状态. 我妻子于3月23日因母病重回国, 可是我是在之后3月25日递交AP回美证申请, 移民局3月28日收到 I-131 Form, 但昨日收到的RFE内容如下:

REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE – FORM I-131 

1. Evidence of Eligibility: Sub mite a copy of your approval notice (Notice of Action, Form I-797) or receipt notice (Form I-797C) for Form I_140, or Form I-360, or Form I-526. if you have filed the I-485 as a derivative alien, submit your spouse’s or parent’s I-797C for his/her I-485 and the I-797 for his/her approved or pending I-140, I-360, or I-526.

2. Password: Submit a copy of all pages of your passport.

3. Evidence of Lawful Status: Submit copies of all Forms I-94 (Arrival-Departure Records) issued to you. Also submit all subsequent approval notices for extensions of changes of status. If you are unable to submit all records please explain.

4. Evidence of Relationship: Submit a registered marriage or birth certificate as proof of relationship. If you cannot provide this evidence of eligibility, please explain.

问题1: 移民局可能猜到或知道我妻子先出国后交 AP I-131 Form 申请, 请问这是否违法?

 

问题2: 移民局要护照各页, 恐怕先出国这事是瞒不住的, 是否要如实告之?

问题3: 第1条, 第4条没问题, 第2条可让妻子把护照各页复印寄来,  第3条I-94表, 过去的几张有复印件在, 但最近一次的I-94表 (2009-12 issued) 3月23日出关时交回航空公司了, 没留复印件, 不知怎么办?

 

问题4: 我们的绿卡是职业第二优先, 优先日是2006年4月20日, in current. 估计也快审批了, 这事是否影响,  恳请pjiang,8大侠赐教为谢.
