新公司给我办的H-1B transfer PP 如果是成功了 (Receipt Notice date May 11), 是不是我与现任雇主(大学)的雇佣关系就立即中断了？！

新的I-94就立即取代旧的I-94？

如果收到的是 Approval Notice without I-94 呢???

-You need to go outside US to get the H1 visa and then, you can work for the new employer. Not affect anything (nothing change) if you do not get the h1 visa outside US.

 是不是我与现任雇主(大学)的雇佣关系还是就立即中断了？！新的status (without I-94) 还是就立即取代旧的I-94？!
