新公司给我办的H-1B transfer PP 如果是成功了 (Receipt Notice date May 11), 是不是我与现任雇主(大学)的雇佣关系就立即中断了？！新的I-94就立即取代旧的I-94？ 如果收到的是 Approval Notice without I-94 呢??? 是不是我与现任雇主(大学)的雇佣关系还是就立即中断了？！新的status (without I-94) 还是就立即取代旧的I-94？!
