刚收到NVC邮寄给我们公司的invoice for immigrant visa application，state.gov上面说是这是因为USCIS批准了petition，NVC已经准备进行下一步：interveiw了。

但是我的PD是2007年8月的，我的I485都没有开始，我想应该是被化成广州的case了，请问我该怎么办？

-It may have been a mistake inidcated in the I-140 by your HR/lawyer that you will get your immigration visa in China using consular processing, not file I-485 within US. Now, just ask your HR to reply to NVC that you will file I-485 to to adjust your status within US, not use consular processing. Then, ask NVC to stop processing your case and not need to pay any fee to NVC. Then, you can file I-485 when the PD is current.

Nothing is needed to worry about and just do your work as usual.
