根据State.gov的解释只有PD到了才会给受益人发invoice，那是否可以认为NVC已经allocate VISA number把我的case准备批了？
-No way unless your PD is current. NVC asking you to pay the processing fee does not mean the visa number is assigned to you and this is just routine procedure and NVC will not send your file to the US Consulate in Guangzhou until your PD is current.
我可以回到广州去进行面试如果他们能批准，说不定公司都能报销这次费用。。。。 不过是不是风险很大？
-My suggestion is that you just file I-485 in US and ask NVC stop processing your case.
