父老兄弟姐妹们，我的回复不过分吧？can I argue with USCIS about my H-1B?

学校的一个办公人员在去年夏天犯了个她也不知道的小错误，这个错误使得USCIS收回了我的H-1B，我却一直蒙在鼓里，呕心沥血地工作到现在，才发现我已是非法劳工了。。。

新公司要我三个星期后上班，否则另找他人。。。

我将面临成为无工作的非法身份者，因为学校的合同五月到期，funding is running out.

现在的世道就可以这样把我给无缘无故地整死吗？我的House要被forclosure if I don't have a job ...

Dear xxx ("honest troublemaker who didn't know you had made the mistake"),

Could you please help by telling us what kind of information you have reported to USCIS
that could cause them to retract my H-1B visa? Have you sent USCIS a copy of Employment
Termination Agreement? Who was the person signing the Employment Termination Agreement on
behave of me? If there was no such Employment Termination Agreement, what was the ground
or evidence for USCIS to belive you that my employment at University was terminated while I have been actually employed without any gap?

Without legal evidence on Employment Termination, the USCIS was not reasonable to retract
my H-1B visa.
