在打完后2天我去看医生了，医生应该可以作证吧？当时医生问我怎么弄的，我说"someone hit me"她问谁，我开始不想说，但她一直问我就说了，但我要求她为我保密，因为那时候我不知道法律。然后她就告诉我说："it's not right thing for him to do this ...". 我第二天拍了带有淤血的手的照片。

不知道这些是不是证据呢？
