回复：父母申请福利会不会累及绿卡?

我妈妈65岁,刚拿到绿卡3个月,如果我现在去申请社会福利的话会累及她的绿卡被会被收回吗?因为申请绿卡时我签了经济担保.

-Check the regualtions in your state or federal Government for this 社会福利. If your parents are not qualified for 社会福利 and they get the benefits, you will be sued to pay the same amount of the money back to the Government. Their green card will not be affected.
