我妈这样老,也找不到什么工作,和我住一起,所以她属于无收入一类.申请社会福利要我填表每月给她多少钱,我写$200.他们还要我提供当时的担保书.

-Because she just got the green card and most likely she is not qualified for such the benefit. But it does not hurt her to apply for it. But you need to provide the 当时的担保书 and let the agency to decide the application.
