我是给政府做J1,我老婆是公民.据说给政府做J1的想豁免必须有H1 offer.
-How/where did you get this information? It is not true.

请问我在哪一步可以办绿卡？豁免完J1还没有拿H1前，还是必须等J1豁免后并且拿到H1 offer才可以申请绿卡?
-After you get the J1 waiver, you can file I-485 together with your wife's I-130 or separately file your I-485 after your wife files I-130 for you.
