请教八大侠及皮匠先生:关于亲属移民问题

我姐于2002年为我申请姊妹移民,I130于2009年12月批准.按现在的排期,还有大约一年排期到了.但我女儿今年年底即满21周岁.我的PD是2002/7.我和我先生和女儿分别于2001年和2002年来美,一直以H1B和H4 身份居住至今.
我的问题是
1.听说有儿童保护法,我女儿是否适用 是如何计算移民年龄?
2.如果排期到我们三人是否可同时提交I485?
3.一般情况下,I485需多久能够批下来?
