请问依据在哪可以找到，学校办H1的人说必须在H1满6年前递的140可以延H1第7，8 ，9....年.
-Your school does not know the immigration law and I have known many people like them are stupid to give the H1 employee trouble. You may hire a lawyer to do it for you.

The immigration law related to this issue is AC21 104 (c) which states that the H1 holder can extend his/her H1 status beyond the 6 year limit until the I-485 is approved or denied. There is No limitation as your school said. You can not conveniece these stupid people, so a lawyer is helpful in this case or just find a new job and do the H1 transfer.
