对不起，看了AC21 104 (c), 不太清楚
H1的6年后延期，只能在满第5年之前申请的140延（批准或pending).
H16年之后递的NIW140，就是批准了也不能用它延第7年。我理解对吗？
-Not true. You used your pending I-140 to extend the h1 beyond the 6 years and that means your H1 is not subjected to the 6 year limit any more (6 year rule does not apply to you any more).

So, as long as you have the approved I-140 (no matter when you get it approved), you can continue to extend your h1 at the 3 year interval before your current H1 expires until your PD is current and at one year interval after your PD is current until your I-485 is apprved or denied.
