小孩探亲签证过期了。。。。。

孩子（3岁）探亲签证过期了，不知道对他将来申请绿卡有多大。绿卡申请最近就准备送上去。移民局的人是不是会上门来拉人回家啊。谢谢高人帮忙解答，不胜感激。
