再问８６３２１１老师, h1->h4

谢谢您昨天给我关于h1->h4的回答。I still have a question on h4 effective date, I can not find date where it indicate h4 effective date.
as you told me, on part 1 expire on, I should put my 797 valid date, that is 2012/10, except this date, I can not find any other date, should I put my h4 requested effective
date on expire on column??
